About CPC
The mission of CPC is to provide hope and direction to those experiencing life difficulties in a manner that reflects God’s love and grace.
Christian Psychological Center (CPC) was founded in 1977 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization to provide psychological care in Memphis and to the greater mid-south community. Our staff includes Clinical and Counseling Psychologists (Ph.D.), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).
We’re seeking to extend healing mental health resources to our neighbors in under-resourced areas of Memphis through the Memphis Resilience Project.

Areas of Focus
The Center offers services in 4 main areas:
Clinical Services: Including individual, conjoint, family and group therapy, testing, and psychoeducational assessment.
Education and Prevention Programs: Including trauma recovery, stress management, grief support, divorce recovery, addiction recovery, premarital counseling, dialectical behavior therapy groups (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and marriage enrichment workshops.
Training and Consultation: Offered to for-profit and non-profit organizations around topics such as resilience skills, staff support, and team building. For training focused specifically on non-profit needs, see our Memphis Resilience Project programs.
Collaboration: Through partnering with other agencies to provide broader community-based initiatives that enable a greater impact than individual agencies might have by their own efforts. Find out more about our collaboration through The Memphis Resilience Project.
